Young Adults Director (Full Time)
The Young Adult Director will lead, develop, and implement a vibrant young adult ministry to foster spiritual growth, community engagement, and discipleship among individuals ages 18-30. This role requires a leader who is passionate about equipping youth adults to deepen their faith, build meaningful relationships, and serve within and beyond the Kalos Church community.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelors degree in a related field
Experience: 2-3 years of experience in ministry (preferably with a focus in young adults or similar age groups)
Fully aligned with the message, mission, and ministry strategy of Kalos Church
Skills:
Strong leadership to lead multi-faceted volunteer teams
Excellent communication, organization, and relational skills
Ability to connect with and understand the unique challenges facing young adults in our region
Proficiency with social media and digital communication platforms
Kids Assistant Director (Part Time)
The Kalos Kids part-time role provides support to the Kalos Kids Director in the operations and administrative side of the Kalos Kids ministry. This role is focused on assisting with program planning, volunteer coordination, and creating a safe, fun, and nurturing environment for children to grow in their faith. This role would have a focus on Sunday morning Children’s ministry nursery through fifth grade. The ideal candidate is energetic, organized, and passionate about helping kids experience the beauty of Jesus.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelors degree in a related field (coursework in education, ministry, or child development is a plus)
Experience: 2-3 years of experience in ministry (preferably with a focus in Kids Ministry)
Fully aligned with the message, mission, and ministry strategy of Kalos Church
Skills:
Strong leadership to help manage multi-faceted volunteer teams and be the administrative respondent for ministry operations
Excellent communication, organization, and relational skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. This role is highly administrative.
Ability to connect with and understand the unique challenges facing parents/care-givers and children in our region
Facilities Director (Part Time)
The Facilities Director is responsible for the preparedness and cleanliness of all church buildings, grounds, and related equipment. This role includes managing the facilities operation, coordinating building maintenance, supervising custodial staff, and ensuring the church facilities and well-prepared for services, events and community activities. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to creating a welcoming and functional environment for worship and community.
Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required (certification in related field is a plus)
Experience: 3-5 years of experience with facility management in a similar role (preferably in a church or non-profit setting)
Skills:
Knowledge of building systems and maintenence best practices
Strong organizational and project management skills
Basic budgeting and inventory management skills
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
