CHURCH IN A HOTEL
If you're familiar with Bellevue, you might be wondering, "Does this church meet in a hotel?" The answer is Yes! Most of the time, the W is a lounge,bar, restaurant and hotel. On Sundays, we are making it a place for the church to gather. Instead of waiting for people to come to our church building, we're bringing the message of love and hope to where people are already gathering--the Hilton Garden Inn.
MEET THE PASTORS
Pradeepan Jeeva @pradeepanjeeva
Pradeepan was born and raised by Sri Lankan Hindu Refugees in Minnesota. For the last 5 years, he served as a youth and young adults Pastor in Michigan, where he saw thousands of young people gather at a time to hear about Jesus (at a church on a dirt road, in between an apple orchard and a Christmas tree farm).
Amreitha Jeeva @amreitha
Amreitha was born in India and adopted by a family in small town Kansas. She currently serves as the co-founder of Landmine Design, a humanitarian organization that prevents sex-trafficking in Cambodia.
Together, they have a son named Obadiah and have worked in church ministry for over 10 years together.
WHAT ABOUT MY KIDS?
At Kalos Kids, your child won’t have a chance to be bored! Newborns (at 6 months old) through 5th graders have a ton of fun as they learn about Jesus through worship, age-specific lessons, and a variety of exciting activities. Our goal is to make Sunday your child’s favorite day of the week.
Kalos Kids is fully staffed with a highly trained team of leaders who are background checked and committed to ministering to children. You can be confident that your child is well-cared for and will love every second!
Check-in begins 30 minutes before our experience where you'll either register your child for the first time or if you've been before, you'll just check them in on one of our touch screens. Each child will receive a sticker tag and a parent tag that you'll need in order to pick them up after our experience is over.
WHAT is KALOS?
Kalos means Beautiful in Greek. We all long for beauty. Unfortunately, many of us associate Jesus and the Church with all the ugly realities we’ve seen—abuse, hypocrisy and pain. And so we look for beauty in lesser things and find we are never satisfied. We all long for beauty, but the sweetest thing is to find where all beauty came from—Jesus.
Simply put, we started a church in the Parlor to make known the beauty of Jesus. We believe that the Church was always meant to beautiful—a community that brings healing for today and hope for tomorrow.
We will hold Sunday morning gatherings, create environments for friendships to form, help people explore their faith, and attempt to make a tangible difference in Bellevue.
