LAST OUT CHECKLIST

GENERAL (for Suite 11 and 15):

• ◻️ All TVs off (iPad serves as remote for lobby TV) - lobby, kids classrooms (including nursing mothers section), MTP, stage

• ◻️ Make final sweep through building, all classrooms, and in each bathroom, ensuring no one was left behind

• ◻️ Dispose of any obvious food left out

• ◻️ Turn off all lights and space heaters

• ◻️ Open the classroom doors to circulate the air throughout the week

• ◻️ Ensure all windows are closed and latched

• ◻️ Turn off the production box

• ◻️ Make sure service room exit door, elementary classroom (adjacent space) and main exit door are both locked
