VENUE AND/OR EQUIPMENT RENTAL

If you are interested in renting the Kalos Building space for your event please take the time review our Facility Use Agreement and complete our form below. Our Kalos Event staff will reach out to confirm approval and rental fee (if applicable).

Note: the venue rental and/or equipment rental is NOT automatically approved with the completion of this form. Separate confirmation will be communicated once reviewed.


Facility Use Agreement


This agreement outlines the policies and expectations for use of the Kalos Church facility. Approval is contingent upon agreement to the terms below.

1. Eligibility

Facilities are available only for events hosted by Kalos Church members.

  • All events must:

  • Align with the mission and values of Kalos Church

  • Be hosted and supervised by a Kalos member in good standing

  • Receive calendar and leadership approval

2. Scheduling Parameters

  • Facility use is limited to:

  • Fridays: 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM

  • Saturdays: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

  • Setup and cleanup must occur within approved time windows.

  • Events may not conflict with existing church services or ministries.

3. Alcohol Policy

  • Alcohol may be permitted only under the following conditions:

  • A valid Certificate of General Liability Insurance is provided.

  • Kalos Church is listed as 'Additionally Insured.'

  • Insurance proof is submitted and approved prior to the event.

  • Alcohol service details are disclosed in advance.

  • The host assumes full responsibility for compliance with all laws.

Alcohol is not permitted without written approval. Non-compliance may result in immediate termination of facility use.

4. Facility Use Guidelines

  • Use of tables and chairs is permitted (see Appendix A).

  • Tablecloths and media (screens/sound) available for additional fees.

  • No kitchen access.  No onsite cooking permitted.

  • All food must be prepared offsite.

5. Staffing & Fees

  • A Kalos staff member will be onsite during the event.

  • Staffing Fee: $50 per hour

  • Additional fees may apply for media and tablecloth usage.

6. Building Access & Operations

  • Entry via temporary access code set by staff.

  • HVAC preset by staff.

  • Access limited to approved areas.

7. Cleanup & Restoration

  • Host is responsible for:

  • Removing all trash from premises

  • Returning furniture to original configuration

  • Removing decorations and personal items

  • Leaving facility as found
