KALOS CAMP FAQ

  • No, not this year. All Camp Kalos attendees will be staying in barrack-style cabins, so tents, RV, & trailer camping won’t be available.

  • Because Camp Casey is completely sold out this year, the camp has made a few adjustments to lodging assignments across the property. We will have one set of quarters with individual rooms, each containing 2 twin beds (click link for photo). These rooms will be prioritized for:

    • Older campers

    • Families with special needs considerations

    • Families with babies under 2 years old (including nursing mothers)

All other guests will stay in open bunk-style quarters (click link for photo). We will organize these spaces into:

    • Family quarters

    • Single men’s quarters

    • Single women’s quarters

While this setup may look a little different than originally expected, we have plenty of outdoor activities, gathering spaces, and programming planned throughout the weekend, so our hope is that the quarters will mostly just be a place to sleep and recharge.

  • The entire weekend was planned with families in mind. The Kalos events team has done their best to structure the weekend full of family centered fun that both parents, kids, and young adults will enjoy! Our Kalos Childcare team has set times where you are welcome to drop your kids off and relax for a bit. Outside of these designated times of childcare, you are welcome to participate in the scheduled recreational activities. Check the weekend schedule for childcare times and locations.

  • Friday Dinner: Campers provide

Saturday Breakfast: Campers provide (Kalos will provide coffee)

    Saturday Lunch: Kalos provide

    Saturday Dinner: Kalos provide

Sunday Breakfast: Campers provide (Kalos will provide coffee)

***Campers should plan to bring any preferred snacks and beverages for the weekend.

  • Please note that vehicles are not parked directly in front of the cabins; instead, there is a separate parking lot nearby. We recommend bringing only what you can comfortably carry and keeping all personal items stored in your assigned room during your stay.

  • Unfortunately, not this year. Camp rules.

  • We are thrilled you are joining us!

Please register and select Saturday only. The fee is reduced to $25 which covers the activities, Saturday Lunch and Dinner, and worship services.

  • We are excited you are camping with us! Don’t be nervous, our Kalos events team but together a detailed packing list just for you! Click here to view it.

  • Technically, none of the activities are required but we hope that you join us for each of the sessions and participate in as many recreational activities as you can.
